Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of MetrixUp's website, customer dashboard, cloud-mining contracts and hosting services. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted by local law to purchase mining services. You are responsible for any taxes on mining income.

3. Cloud-mining contracts

A contract allocates a fixed hashrate on our fleet for a fixed term. Contracts are not securities, deposits or investment products and carry no promise of profit.

Daily credits equal your share of actual mining output, less the published pool fee and your contract's power & maintenance charge. Where costs exceed output, the day's credit is zero.

We may temporarily curtail machines for grid demand response, maintenance or safety. Curtailed time is reported in your statement.

4. Payments

Contracts activate only after we confirm receipt of the full payment. Payments made to any address or account not shown in your dashboard are not our responsibility.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are sent to the Bitcoin address on your account after review. We may request identity verification before processing.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse or sanctions violations. You may close your account at any time after withdrawing your balance.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MetrixUp's liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the preceding three months.
