What exactly am I buying?+
Hashrate (TH/s) running on our fleet for a set term. Each day you receive what that hashrate mined, valued in US dollars, less fees.
What is the minimum? Can I add more later?+
The minimum purchase is $250. You can add more hashrate at any time, in any amount, from your dashboard.
How much will I earn?+
Your earnings come from real mining output, so they follow the Bitcoin network: they grow as the Bitcoin price rises and vary day to day with network activity. Your dashboard shows a live estimate before you buy and every day's actual earnings after.
How is my daily payout calculated?+
Gross BTC = your share of network hashrate × blocks per day × (block subsidy + fees). We deduct a 2% pool fee and your contract's power & maintenance charge, converted to BTC at that day's price.
Why do daily earnings change?+
Each day's earnings depend on that day's Bitcoin price and how much computing power is on the network. We show the full breakdown for every day in your statements.
When does my contract start?+
After our team confirms your payment. Mining begins from the next full UTC day.
How can I pay?+
Bitcoin or USDT (TRC-20): scan the QR code or copy the wallet address. Upload your payment receipt in the dashboard; your hashrate is activated as soon as our team confirms it.
How do withdrawals work?+
Your balance is shown in US dollars. Add your Bitcoin address, then request any amount from $1. Withdrawals are reviewed and paid in Bitcoin at the current rate, usually within one business day.
Do you hold my Bitcoin?+
Your mined balance is held until you withdraw it. We recommend withdrawing regularly to a wallet you control.
What machines do you host?+
Current and previous-generation SHA-256 ASICs from major manufacturers, air- or immersion-cooled depending on site.
What does the hosting rate include?+
Power, cooling, rack space, networking, monitoring and standard maintenance. Repairs and parts are billed separately.

How is my account protected?+
Passwords are hashed, sessions are encrypted, and all withdrawals are manually reviewed before sending.
